The Friends of the Drop-In for Asylum Seekers and Refugees in Sunderland (FODI) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2025 on Wednesday, 12th November, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Sunderland.
The meeting offered an opportunity to reflect on the year’s achievements, discuss future goals, and reaffirm FODI’s commitment to supporting asylum seekers and refugees in Sunderland.
FODI trustees wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone who attended the AGM. It was a pleasure to meet representatives from our partner organisations and to recognise the dedication of our wonderful staff and volunteers. With such a strong sense of goodwill and community spirit, we look forward to the year ahead with confidence and optimism.
At the end of the meeting, FODI volunteers were presented with certificates of appreciation and gift bags as a token of gratitude for their invaluable service.
