On Wednesday, FODI hosted a special community lunch as part of our contribution to Refugee Week celebrations. The event brought people together from diverse backgrounds to share food, conversation, and friendship, helping to strengthen the sense of community that makes Sunderland such a welcoming place.
The lunch provided a wonderful opportunity to celebrate diversity, build new connections, and reflect on the values of inclusion, understanding, and solidarity that Refugee Week represents.
