FODI Women’s Group was delighted to welcome the Women of Wuppertal (WOW) Choir from Germany for a special visit.
Our members thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon filled with beautiful music, a warm atmosphere, and wonderful interaction with the choir. Their performance brought great joy to everyone present and created a memorable experience for all.
Established in 2015, the Women of Wuppertal Choir visited England as part of the celebrations marking 75 years of friendship between the twin towns of Wuppertal and South Tyneside. Their visit highlights the importance of cultural exchange, friendship, and community connections across borders.
Everyone at FODI would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Women of Wuppertal Choir for visiting us and generously sharing their time, talent, and passion for music. We wish them continued success and happiness on their musical journey and look forward to welcoming them again in the future.
