Asylum-seeking and refugee children and their families in Sunderland enjoyed a fun-packed day at Carnival House on Saturday, 29 August.
The children had a wonderful time taking part in fun activities, playing together, and making happy memories with their families and friends. It was a lovely opportunity for everyone to relax, have fun, and enjoy a day of community and togetherness. As the Summer Holidays will come to an end soon, they received school backpacks from the Carnival House & Kitchen staff to encourage them to go back to school.
